Dell Announces Latitude 7285 World's First Laptop To Support Wireless Charging

Americas multinational and computer technology company Dell has announced the the world’s first wireless charged 2-1 notebook computer. Known as Latitude 7285 a 2 in 1 device, will be the world first wireless charging laptop to hit the market.

While this may be a huge step in the right direction, there are some downside to the device. If you must know, the Latitude 7285 does not charge wirelessly if you do not buy the wireless charging keyboard and charging mat combo for $550. Also, wireless charging won’t work on a metal surface.

The 12.5-inch detachable tablet comes with a 3K resolution and a 8GB/16GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of SSD storage. Powered by a an Intel Core i5-7Y54, i5-7Y57, or i7-7Y75 processor clocked at 3.2GHz, 3.30 GHz, and 3.6 GHz respectively, Latitude 7285 comes with a 34 Wh internal battery capacity.
