Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 spotted in benchmark with Snapdragon 820 CPU, 4GB RAM

A new device from South Korea tech giant Samsung has been spotted in at GFXBench. The new high-end device known as Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 4GB of RAM. The 9.7-inch display comes with a screen resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.

The device is expected to come with 32GB storage inside and it will be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The new device will feature a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, and a secondary 5-megapixel selfie shooter in the front. 

According to reports, Galaxy Tab S3 series is expected to be officially unveiled at Mobile World Congress in late February, but the information hasn't been confirmed yet.
