Facebook to launch ExpressWifi in Nigeria

Report suggest that Facebook is deploying an ExpressWifi in Lagos. The service is being developed in collaboration with a Nigerian ISP and System Integrator company Coollink. The service which expected to be launched this week, is already being operational in some part of Lagos such has Ikota Shopping Complex.

ExpressWifi is a new program by Facebook that lets mobile phone owners buy data from local internet service providers.
With Express Wifi coverage, you’ll be able to browse the sites on Free basics for free, It offers cheap internet bundle with comple to other mobile network data plan.
